We’re looking forward to raising food for you. Don’t hesitate to contact us to ask questions.
- Our prices are based on 4.5 lb chickens.
- The actual chicken in your share may weigh slightly more or less each month, but we'll make sure you get the amount of meat you paid for by the end of your share.
Turkey Share: $75
- We will have fresh whole turkeys available for Thanksgiving.
- Members pay $75 for a ~15-18lb turkey
- If you’re interested in a significantly smaller or larger turkey for Thanksgiving, just let us know and we'll do our best. Typically, we have plenty of larger turkeys - and a very limited supply of smaller whole turkeys. If your turkey is larger than 18lbs, we ask you to pay the difference.
Pork Shares: $215 for six month share
- This is the best way to ensure your pork supply for the coming months. We anticipate having very limited pork available for sale at the farmer's markets. CSA members get first dibs, and may get all of our pork this year.
- Members receive approximately 24 pounds of pork over the course of a six month share. On average, expect about 4 lbs of meat per month.
- Every member receives a variety of pork cuts over the course of their share, including premium and standard cuts. Consider it a tour de pig, without any odd cuts.
- Shares typically include the following, over the course of a six month share: shoulder roast, pork chops, ham, bacon, a variety of loose and linked sausages, fresh ground pork, and ribs. Yum.
Egg Shares: $36 for one dozen per month, $72 for two dozen per month, etc.
- Want to be sure you'll have good eggs all year? Then this is the share for you.
- Members tell us how many dozen they want per month, and we bring them to pick up...it's as simple as that!
- Eggs are $6/dozen. CSA members always come first; fulfilling our members' shares often means we don't have any eggs left over for retail sales at the farmer's market. We've doubled our laying hen flock so that we can try meet customers demand at the farmer's market - but CSA members can plan on their egg supply.
Lamb Shares: $175 for three month supply
- We raise our lambs outside on pasture, and rotate to fresh forage every 3-4 days.
- CSA shares total approximately 12 pounds (a little less than half of a lamb). Each month, members receive about 4 pounds of lamb.
- Lamb shares last three months (typically Nov-Jan).
- Cuts include a tour de lamb. Expect the following over the course of the three month share: lamb chops, leg roasts, racks of lamb, stew meat, ground lamb, and more.
